KNE Holds Protest at US Embassy over George Floyd’s Death

ATHENS – The youth division of the Communist Party of Greece (KNE) held a protest outside the United States embassy in Athens on Monday afternoon to protest "the barbarity and repression of the American government following the murder of George Floyd by a policeman."

Holding placards and banners with mottos like "No breathing space to the system creating crises, wars and racism" and "It's Trump, it was Obama, but always above all it's capitalism" (the latter in English), they walked from nearby Eleftheria Park, where they had heard a KNE official speak of solidarity to the American people.
