Greek Police Arrest Two in Gang Sexual Assault of Woman

ATHENS – Greek police apprehended two of six men reported to have sexually assaulted a woman who was in a parking lot near Agia Marina Beach in Koropi, south of Athens, where she was waiting for her husband.

The woman, 26, was reportedly surrounded by the gang, one of whom ripped off her clothes while the attack was live streamed on social media, before the assailants then fled when she began screaming, said Kathimerini

Two suspects, both Pakistani nationals, were reportedly arrested by the police’s rapid response DIAS squad near the attack scene.
