Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias will on Friday visit Yerevan, where he will meet with his Armenian counterpart, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
The talks, according to a foreign ministry statement, will focus on issues of bilateral, regional and international interest, with emphasis on current developments in Nagorno-Karabakh and the Eastern Mediterranean, cooperation between the two countries under trilateral cooperation schemes and EU-Armenian relations.
The foreign minister will then be received by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and the President of the country, Armen Sarkissian.
During his visit there, the foreign minister will visit the Museum of the Armenian Genocide and lay a wreath at the monument to its victims.
