Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
CONSTANTINOPLE – His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America met with His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew today, August 31, 2021 at the Phanar in order to offer his greetings and receive the blessing of His All-Holiness, according to GOARCH's announcement.
Additionally, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, upon receiving permission from His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Patriarchal and Stavropegial Monestery of the Holy Trinity on the Island of Halki, where he ordained Paul Gómez González to the Holy Diaconate.
