Koufodinas Transferred from Hospital Back to Domokos Jail After Hunger Strike

ATHENS — Convicted terrorist Dimitris Koufodinas was transferred back to his cell at the Domokos jail on Friday afternoon, after being hospitalized for a hunger strike.

Koufodinas had gone on hunger strike on March 14 to demand he be transferred to Korydallos prison. During the last 10 days he was in the Hospital of Lamia intensive care unit to recover before being transferred secretly and under strong police guard back to Domokos.
