Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
SKOPJE – Two US fighter aircraft accompanied by four Greek ones flew over Skopje on Friday as a gesture of welcoming North Macedonia to NATO.
North Macedonia became the alliance's 30th member on March 27.
The overflight was observed by US Ambassador to Skopje Kate Marie Byrnes and the country's Defense Minister, Radmila Sekerinska, who said the Covid-19 pandemic must not overshadow the country's membership in NATO and the approval for the start of talks to EU accession.
