Tourism Min: The Opening of Tourism Depends on Greece’s Vaccination Progress

ATHENS — Tourism Minister Haris Theoharis said that the entrepreneurs and employees in the tourism sector will continue to be supported by the government with emergency economic measures, while speaking to public broadcaster ERT on Wednesday.

On the opening of tourism in 2021, Theoharis underlined: "We have drawn up a plan on how tourism will open, to which is included a provision for the people working in tourism to be vaccinated as a priority. The plan of action will be examined by the experts and the opening of tourism will depend on the progress of vaccination in Greece".
