PM Mitsotakis Chairs Meeting on Healthcare and Coronavirus Protection on the Islands

ATHENS – Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Monday chaired a meeting at the Maximos Mansion on healthcare services and protection against coronavirus on the islands ahead of the start of the tourist season.

The meeting discussed the plans and the health protocol that will be implemented to guarantee the health of islanders, workers in the tourism sector and tourists, as well as ways to address any cases of Covid-19 as rapidly and effectively as possible.

Participants in the meeting included Health Minister Vassilis Kikilias, Tourism Minister Haris Theoharis, State Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis, Deputy Health Minister Vassilis Kontozamanis, Deputy Civil Protection Minister Nikos Hardalias and State Minister responsible for the coordination of the government's work Akis Skertsos.
