KKE Accuses Gov’t of Lack of Protection Measures in Workplaces

ATHENS – “Today’s World Day for Health and Safety at Work was marked by a new labour accident in the port of COSCO, in Piraeus, with a dock worker very seriously injured in hospital,” communist party KKE said in a statement on Thursday.

“This new labour accident comes to confirm that behind the great lack of protection measures in the workplace are the profits of business groups, since protection measures are considered a cost for entrepreneurs,” the KKE said in a statement.
