Hellenic Professional Women Event Postponed Due to Unhealthy Air Quality in NYC

NEW YORK – The Executive Board of Hellenic Professional Women announced via email that its Cocktails & Connect event scheduled for Wednesday, June 7 at a rooftop venue would be postponed due to the unhealthy air quality in New York City.

The HPW statement follows:

“Due to the effects of the Canadian Wildfires, the New York City air quality has reached hazardous levels and as a result we are obligated to postpone our Cocktails & Connect Event, today, Wednesday, June 7 at the Darling Rooftop. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of a new date.”

The organization also noted its other upcoming events, including the June 28 book event with Dr. Vicky Giouroukakis at the Herb & Olive Marketa in Manhasset, NY, and urged everyone to stay safe.
