Greek Deputy FM Fragogiannis Meets with Turkish FM Cavusoglu in Ankara

ATHENS – Greek Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy, Kostas Fragogiannis, met with Turkish Foreign Affairs Minister, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, in Ankara on Wednesday, following the conclusion of the 4th Meeting of the Greece-Türkiye Positive Agenda. The meeting was also attended by Turkish Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Burak Akçapar, with whom Fragogiannis had met earlier as part of the Positive Agenda initiative on economic and trade issues.

According to diplomatic sources, Çavuşoğlu requested a briefing on the meeting and expressed his support for the process, calling his conversation with Fragogiannis “fruitful” in a tweet.
