Greece Ranked 25th in the List of Countries with Confirmed Coronavirus Cases

ATHENS – With 117 cases, Greece on Friday ranked 25th in the list of countries with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 virus cases. At the top of the list are China with 80,814 confirmed cases, Italy with 15,113, South Korea with 9,979, Spain with 3,146, France with 2,876, Germany with 2,745, the USA with 1,762, Switzerland with 868 and Norway with 800.

In the list of deaths from COVID-19, the illness caused by the virus, China is ranked first with 3,177 deaths, followed by Italy with 1,016, Iran with 429, South Korea with 67, France with 61 and the USA with 41.

Meanwhile, China has said that 64,199 people infected by the virus have already fully recovered, Iran has reported 3,276 recoveries, Italy 1,258 and S.Korea 510.
