Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS — The chair of "Greece 2021" Committee on the commemoration of the 1821 Greek Revolution, Gianna Angelopoulos-Daskalaki, will begin meeting with political party leaders next week.
Meetings currently scheduled include the following:
– SYRIZA main opposition leader Alexis Tsipras, at party headquarters in Koumoundourou Square, 11:00 on Tuesday.
– Movement for Change (KINAL) leader Fofi Gennimata, at her parliamentary office, 15:00 on Wednesday.
– Communist Party of Greece (KKE) Secretary General, Dimitris Koutsoubas, at party headquarters in Perissos, 17:00 on Thursday.
