Fourlis Group Sells Intersport Activities in Turkey for 3 Million Euros

ATHENS – Fourlis Group on Thursday announced it has reached an agreement with Eren Perakende ve Tekstil Anonim Sirketi to sell its Intersport activities in Turkey for around 3.0 million euros.

Under the terms of the agreement, Eren Perakende ve Tekstil Anonim Şirketi will buy all of the shares of Intersport Atletik Mağazacılık ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, franchisee of the Intersport and The Athlete’s Foot brands in Turkey, which operate a network of 12 stores. The sale price was based on the company’s enterprise value.

Fourlis Group will focus on its sports retail activities in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus, currently operating a network of 106 Intersport stores in all these countries.
