European Council Formally Adopts EU Digital COVID Certificate

BRUSSELS — EU Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders welcomed the formal adoption of the EU Digital COVID Certificate by the European Council, he wrote on Twitter.

He added that he is "looking forward to the signing ceremony of the regulation, which will take place next Monday at 10.00 in the European Parliament."

Vaccination, test and recovery certificates will apply from 1 July.
