Cypriots Evacuated from Libya

Twelve Cypriot citizens, including the non-Cypriot spouse of one, have been evacuated from strife-torn Libya on the Greek Navy’s frigate “SALAMIS” on August 1.

The evacuees included staff of the Embassy, which has been closed due to the escalating violence.
