Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS — The president of the Council of State Mary Sharp on Tuesday rejected a request by convicted terrorist Dimitris Koufodinas for a temporary injunction that will halt his transfer to Domokos prison, by 'freezing' execution of the relevant order issued by Counter-crime Policy Secretary General Sophia Nikolaou, saying this was outside the court's jurisdiction.
The court set a date on April 2, 2021 for the hearing of Koufodinas' request for the cancellation of the order, to be discussed before the CoS plenum with Efthymios Antonopoulos as rapporteur, while the suspension request submitted by Koufodinas will be examined in the following period.
