Canada Epiphany Cross Dive

VANCOUVER, CANADA – Members of the Greek-Orthodox community of Vancouver, CANADA celebrated the Feast of the Theophany, AKA Epiphany with the traditional tossing of the cross into the sea. Despite the rainy weather the faithful gathered at English Bay where Father Nikolaos Sideras tossed the cross. The brave and devout youth of the community then plunged into the frigid water to retrieve it.
