Georgiadis: “In 3.5 Years We Will Inaugurate the First Buildings in Hellenikon”

ATHENS — "The first phase of the demolitions in Hellenikon should have been completed by October 31, 2020. We estimate that by the end of December all the buildings, of which there are 970, will have been pulled down," Development and Investments Minister Adonis Georgiadis said on Tuesday in an interview with OPEN TV.

He also said that digging to lay the foundations of the programmed works will be launched immediately afterwards.

"The transfer of shares will take place up to the end of the year if the tender for the casino is completed. In three and a half years we will go there to inaugurate the buildings provided in the master plan of the first phase of the project," Georgiadis said.
