Tampa Native Metropolitan Nikitas to become a Turkish citizen

The Turks will sit on his application and drag their feet on it, using it to derive as many political advantages as they can before approving it-if they approve it at all. They've used one excuse after another to keep delaying reopenning the Patriarchate for 36 years. That's their MO.
