NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS — The Syros International Film Festival (SIFF) returns to the capital of the Cyclades for its ninth edition with a new program of events exploring the theme of “Off Season.”
Film screenings, audiovisual installations and performances, workshops, discussions, original artistic commissions, and cross-border collaborations feature in SIFF 2021’s variety-filled program. The events will run for four days, from July 22 to 26, in unexpected and fascinating locations around the island of Syros, tapping into—as the festival does every year—the island’s rich history and cultural heritage.
