The Hellenic Initiative Launches Greek Wildfire Relief Fund on Facebook

ATHENS – The Hellenic Initiative (THI) has launched a fundraising campaign on Facebook for wildfire relief in Greece.

Unprecedented extreme heat and dry conditions have fueled devastating wildfires which have destroyed thousands of acres of forest and hundreds of homes forcing mass evacuations. THI invites everyone to join its Wildfire Relief Fund and support the firefighters and vetted NGOs working around the clock to provide assistance that is both effective and responsible.

According to THI, 100% of the funds raised will be used for this relief effort.

Facebook pays all the processing fees for you, so 100% of your donation goes directly to the nonprofit.

To donate, more information is available online: shorturl.at/arwT5
