ATHENS – The “OLYMPOS – Global Spiritual Center” Association presents on Saturday, April 6, at 6:00 pm, at the “Antonis Tritsis” Amphitheatre of the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Athens, 50, Acadimias Street, the truly ingenious funding proposal for the construction of Heptapolis in the wider area of Delphi, entitled “World Green Taxation Fund”.

The population model of the proposal is based on the financial participation of the 193 Member States of the United Nations, with each citizen having to pay only one euro per year and the total duration of their participation being ten years.

The exchange for one euro, on a purely intellectual level and for every citizen of the world, will be the provision of ten selected educational digital courses written by leading educators, teachers and professors, as well as technocrats, Greek and foreign, on the digital platform Avatar e-Learning.

The digital authoring of Avatar e-Learning training courses was launched by the OLYMPOS Association in 2015. Today there are more than 80 courses in Greek and English, included in the sectors of Primary, Secondary and Higher Education.

The Association proposes the United Nations as the Financial Manager of the annual receipts of the Fund, UNESCO as the Spiritual Manager of the training courses, while the OLYMPOS Association will be an advisory body in the organization and construction of Heptapolis in the Delphi area.

Bear in mind that Heptapolis will be proposed to become an International Centre for Arts, Letters, Arts, Science and Technology.

Within the city, thousands of scientists and technocrats will collaborate and they will live together, collectively addressing on behalf of the population of the Earth’s people the problems of Climate Change, Education, Training, Food and the necessary adequacy in the delivery of Justice, where and as required.

It is noted that the OLYMPOS Association was founded in 1984 by 185 founding members from many countries of the world, including academics, professors, scientists, politicians, mayors, artists, journalists, intellectuals and visionaries in general, who recognized the vision of a better world in the objectives of the Association.
