Light Quake Shakes Chania, Crete

CHANIA — A light tremor measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale was recorded at 09:10 on Saturday in the sea region of Chania, Crete, the Athens National Observatory Geodynamic Institute announced.

The quake's epicentre was located 95 km west of Paleochora.

Its focal depth was 12 km.
