Heavy Rainfall and Strong Winds in Greece on Sunday

ATHENS — The bad weather conditions have already hit the western parts of the country with rainstorms and gale force winds. According to the lastest forecast of Athens National Observatory's , meteo.gr the bad weather will affect the entire country on Sunday.

Snow is expected to fall mostly in the mountains of western Greece while the rain expected to fall in the afternoon in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace will be heavy accompanied by rainstorms.

Temperatures will remain high for the season due to the southerly winds. The weather will gradually improve until Monday morning.
