Greek Police Found Over Five Kilos of Heroin in a Car’s Spare Tire

THESSALONIKI — Α 55-year-old who kept hidden inside the spare tire of his car over 6.5 kg of heroin was arrested in area of Thessaloniki. Police appears to have had information on the suspect's actions and on Wednesday afternoon it set up an operation that led to his arrest. A total of 6.5 kg and 520 grams of heroin separated in 13 packages were found and confiscated. Police said that the arrested is member of a drug trafficking ring.

The 55-year-old is led to the prosecutor.
