After teasing that she and husband Kevin Undergaro were planning to move from Los Angeles to Nashville for a “kid phase” of their lives, TV personality Maria Menounos said they aren't expecting a child coming soon.
She hinted at the plans during episodes of her Better Together Show but then told PEOPLE magazine that, "we are still in progress, not pregnant yet! That's the plan, and we will share good news when we can."
She has spoken of the plan on her show, explaining that the idea of a child was uplifting and helping her deal with her mother dealing with both brain cancer and the COVID-19 coronavirus in a double hurt.
"I said to her, 'you gotta get strong, you gotta hang on – you've got grandchildren coming, and they might even be showing up…' well, they're definitely showing up next year," she said at the time. "I was gonna say around a certain time, but I won't share yet because I don't wanna – anyway!"
Her dad had also been hospitalized with the virus and she got them back to their home in Connecticut to help cope.
