DOP Evryklea Manhattan Chapter 36 Hosts Walkathon

November 25, 2022

JERSEY CITY, NJ – A beautiful day was had by all as Daughters of Penelope (DOP) from the Evryklea Manhattan Chapter 36 had their Walkathon for a Cause on November 20. District 6 Governor Lainie Damaskos-Christou joined her fellow sisters and some Brother Ahepans at the Jersey City Waterfront with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty. It was a windy, cold day but the sisters proudly walked several miles in order to support the various national and local projects and then enjoyed a luncheon in honor of DOP Founders Day at Evryklea Chapter President Elsa Jonsson’s home.
