Delta Airlines Flight Lands Safely in Athens after Brake Problem

ATHENS – A Delta Airlines airplane that reported problems with its brake system landed safely at the Athens International Airport on Sunday.

The airplane was flying from Atlanta to Athens and carried 248 passengers and crew. It reported its problem with the Athens Control Tower, and was met by a large number of forces from the Fire Brigade and emergency ambulance service EKAV.
