Cyprus Trying to Get Lagarde List

Harris Georgiades, the Finance Minister  of Cyprus, was pessimistic about the prospects of obtaining the “Lagarde list” from France.

Georgiades said that the Government of Cyprus would continue to purse diplomatic channels in order to get the list of bank account during testimony before the Parliamentary Committee on Public Expenditure Control

“The Minister said that the attempts to obtain the list began back in March 2013 when the Cypriot ambassador in Paris, following consultation between the Ministries of Finance and Foreign Affairs, officially requested the list from the French Finance Ministry,” CNA rerported.
