Cyprus-Israel Ties Progress


Alexandros Zenon, the Permanent Secretary of the Cypriot Ministry of Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary just concluded a “two-day working visit to Israel, during which the strategic level of cordial relations between Cyprus and Israel was reaffirmed,” according to CNA. 

Zenon met in Jerusalem with his Israeli counterpart General Director 

“During the extensive consultations, the two sides reaffirmed the strategic level of cordial relations between Israel and Cyprus and renewed their commitment to work further towards closer relations in areas such as energy, security, tourism and research and innovation,” a press release noted.
