Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
NEW YORK – Past Supreme President Andrew Zachariades, as well as several National and Regional past and current leaders of the Order of AHEPA attended the annual Initiation ceremony of the renowned Delphi Chapter 25, which was followed by the cutting of the traditional Vasilopita.
Chapter 25, which was recently revived by a team led by its president, Argyris Argitakos, now numbers almost 200 members and is the third largest in the world.
The lively event, which included a reception and a full buffet dinner, was held in the private dining room of Gallagher’s Steak House, 228 West 52nd Street in Manhattan.
The gathering was graciously hosted by the historic venue’s owner, Chapter Brother Dean Poll, in memory of his father, the late James A. Poll, Past President of the Delphi Chapter.
