Strong Winds Continue to Disrupt Ferry Journeys to the Aegean Islands

ATHENS – A sailing ban from the ports of Piraeus, Rafina and Lavrio was still in effect on Tuesday due to the strong winds up to 8 on the Beaufort scale that are blowing in the Aegean.

Ferry services to the islands of the Saronic Gulf are departing as normal from the port of Piraeus.

The ferry service Aghia Marina-Nea Styra is also closed.
