NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS – “On October 7, Greece’s electricity needs were fully covered by Renewable Energy Sources for five hours. A major milestone as Greece is rapidly emerging as protagonist in RES and is listed 7th worldwide for 2021 in terms of solar and wind share as sources of total electricity production. Against an unprecedented international energy crisis, the road that lies ahead of us is clear. We must move faster for more renewable energy sources in order to be able to offer cheaper energy to our citizens,” Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis underlined in a post on Twitter on Tuesday.
