Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS — A preparatory e-meeting ahead of the June 19 European Council members' video conference was held on Thursday by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and President of the European Council Charles Michel.
They discussed both the EU's long term budget and its Recovery Fund to respond to the Covid-19 economic implications. Mitsotakis' June 3 letter to Michel was also discussed.
The meeting was also attended by European Commission Vice President Josep Borrell, who is also the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
