Mitsotakis Welcomes Rise in Greek GDP Growth

ATHENES – Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis welcomed the growth figures released by the Greek statistics agency in a tweet on Wednesday, pledging to continue efforts to improve living standards for all.

“Greece’s GDP surges 7.7% yoy in second quarter, yet again confounding expectations. We will continue to work to improve our citizens living standards, particularly those at the lower end. My vision remains a Greece prosperous for all,” the prime minister said.
