NEW YORK – The Empire State Building will celebrate the nations and their athletes competing in the Olympics in Tokyo, Japan by illuminating its world-famous tower lights in rotating colors of participating nations’ flags on Friday, July 23. The games in Tokyo will commence on July 23, and end on Sunday, August 8.
