Charitsis: Government’s Policy Heightens the Crisis

ATHENS — SYRIZA spokesperson Alexis Charitsis in an interview late Thursday with Kriti TV said that the government's policy, its delays and the 'wait-and-see' stance as well as the devastation of labour, worsens the conditions of the crisis.

Referring to the government's bill on public protests, he said that it is an insult to the constitutional right of public protest.

He also said that tourism is in dire condition noting that SYRIZA with its programme "Menoume Orthioi" proposed a generous support package for tourism, namely 700 million euros.

Charitsis accused the government of palinodes, amateurism, and vagueness over the health protocols, dysfunctional platforms in airports and the condition in the airports.
