Three American specialists in extinguishing forest fires are visiting Athens from Friday to January 17, following collaboration with the Citizen Protection ministry.

During their visit they will meet with the head of the fire brigade, Lieutenant General Vassilios Kapelios, and with other fire brigade officials.

They will also tour fire brigade facilities and look into collaboration with corresponding services and agencies in the United States.
