Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
BROOMALL, PA – The St. Luke Greek School held its Greek Independence Day celebration on March 19. The community center was filled with 250 proud Greeks who watched the students parade in, recite poems, sing, and dance. The Greek School PTO offered a light supper and decorated the hall to reflect the importance of this double holiday: a historical one for Greek Independence Day and a religious one for the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary.
