Greek-American James A. Koshivos, 21, Killed after Car Plunged into Ocean
FALMOUTH, MA – The police in Falmouth have identified the victim in an accident involving a car plunging into the ocean on February 20, NBC10 Boston reported.
The audience was mesmerized by Yannis Kotsiras at the recent sold out benefit concert for AKTINA FM, which was celebrating its 22nd anniversary, and AKTINA TV.
The concert was part of AKTINA’s Greek Music Journey concert series that is produced by AKTINA founder and on-air host Elena Maroulleti.
At the event Kotsiras was honored with “AKTINA’s Distinguished Artist Award” which is presented exclusively to artists who immense contributions in Greek music and who also support the non-profit mission of AKTINA.
City Councilman Member Costa Constantinides, who has roots in Greece and Cyprus, presented AKTINA with an anniversary Proclamation from the City of New York. He also presented Kotsiras with a proclamation in recognition of his artistic contributions.
