Wellness & Kefi Retreat, Greek-Inspired Mind-Body Reset in Serifos, Sept. 10-15

SERIFOS – Yia Mas announced its upcoming Wellness & Kefi retreat on the beautiful Cycladic island of Serifos, Greece, September 10-15, curated alongside the brand’s fellow Greek-American friends at Eyia Retreats. The retreat will leave participants feeling energized, restored, and inspired.

Among the reasons to join Yia Mas and Eyia for five transformational days on Serifos is that everything is planned for you, just show up and experience a balance of wellness practices, Greek cultural experiences, and classic Greek summer.

The retreat also includes ample “you” time to just be and enjoy Greek beaches.

Also among the reasons to join, the view of Serifos port and breathtaking Chora, the island’s historic main town, the shared experience with like-minded, incredible humans, and visiting an island that feels authentically Greek.

The Wellness & Kefi Retreat is about letting go, experiencing authentic joy, and resetting your mind and body while connecting to Greek culture.

Kefi, a Greek word that has no exact English equivalent, is a feeling of joy, passion, and spirit that you simply have to be there to feel. This joyful word is our anchor and ethos for this retreat.

This retreat includes wellness and mind-body practices, including movement, meditation, and journaling. There are also daily group meals (the Mediterranean way), dinner and drinks in Chora (Serifos’ historic main town), a Greek dance lesson, beach adventures, Greek cultural experiences, inspiring views, and more.
