Venilizelos Express Greece’s Concerns Over Turkey’s Violation of Cyprus EEZ

Evangelos Venizelos, Greek Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Ministerhas addressing members of the NATO Parliamentary Committee on the subject of “Greece’s Foreign and Security Policy Priorities, expressed his government’s concern for the recent violations of Cyprus` Exclusive Economic Zone and the continental shelf by Turkey.

“He said that far from the flagrant violation of the sovereignty and the sovereign rights of Cyprus, an EU and UN member state by Turkey, there is an added front in an area which is already troubled,” the CNA reported.
