Tsipras to Ηave Series of Meetings on the Pandemic

ATHENS – Main opposition SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Alexis Tsipras on Tuesday began a series of meetings with institutions regarding the course of the pandemic and “its inadequate management by the government” as well as the “measures that must be taken even at this late stage to prevent both thousands of additional losses and another catastrophic lockdown.”

In this context, Tsipras will meet:

– On Tuesday at 15:00 with the Panhellenic Federation of Public Hospital Employees and at 16:00 with the presidency of the Association of Hospital Doctors of Athens and Piraeus

– On Wednesday at 16:00 with the presidency of the Federation of Hospital Doctors Associations of Greece

– On Friday at 10:30 with the Teachers’ Federation and at 11:30 with the Federation of Secondary Education

According to an announcement, the meetings with institutions and “parties of the democratic opposition” will continue next week.
