Tsipras: There Is an Alternative to the Downhill

ATHENS – SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Alexis Tsipras addressing his party’s 3rd Congress which wraps up on Sunday expressed his certainty that SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance will win the next general elections ,whenever they are held, claiming in parallel that as long as they delay them (the elections) the possibility of a decent defeat for Kyriakos Mitsotakis is moving away.

Tsipras referred to the Congress’ message saying that “it has already sent a strong message to every part of Greece. There is an alternative to the downhill. There is a plan for the society to breathe. The message is: We know, we want and we can assume the responsibility of the political change of the progressive governance. The message is: We are changing to change the country.
