Truck Driver Outside Greek Parliament Threatened Explosion (Video)

ATHENS – A 58-year-old farmer said to likely have mental health problems drove his pickup truck onto the square outside Greece's Parliament by the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and said he was going to set off an explosion was detained.

Police said they found a tanka of propane gas and a jerrycan of gasoline in the truck and closed off surrounding streets in the Syntagma Square in the heart of the capital.

A bomb disposal crew was called to the scene but didn't find any explosives on the man or his truck apart from the gas and gasoline, said Kathimerini, but it wasn't said if there were any triggering devices or why he went there.
