Triantafilou Honored by Hellenic College Holy Cross

BOSTON – Constantine (Dean) Triantafilou was awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree by Hellenic College Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology on May 21. International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) Chairman of the Board Jasmina T. Boulanger said, “I’m delighted to announce this honor. It’s wonderful to see Dean’s hard work building our Orthodox Christian humanitarian organization recognized this way.”

Triantafilou himself said: “My deepest thanks to His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros and Hellenic College Holy Cross for extending this honor to me. I am grateful to everyone who has been part of my journey, especially my family and IOCC’s board and staff. To my fellow honoree, Paulette Poulos, you are an inspiration, and I’m humbled to be recognized alongside you. To Leadership 100, thank you for all your support of IOCC through the years. Thanks also to Fr. Elias Villis for accepting this honor on my behalf.”

Triantafilou’s remarks to the graduates concluded: “Armed with love and the lessons learned on this most holy hill, you will succeed. We are proud of y’all and can’t wait to witness your service to our world and faith.”

IOCC’s board and staff couldn’t be more pleased to see this recognition of Triantafilou’s faithful leadership. Axios!
