Tremor Measuring 4.7 Richter Shakes Mt.Athos

MT. ATHOS — An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale was recorded on Monday at 07:12 in the sea region 23 km south-southwest of Mount Athos, with an epicentre 225 km north-northeast of Athens, the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens said.
