Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.

This year’s Loukoumi Make A Difference Award recipients are: Gander Elementary School in Gander, Newfoundland, Canada; Holy Trinity Greek School in New Rochelle, NY; The Studio B Dance Center in Eastchester, NY; St. Anselm School in the Bronx, NY; St. Mary Mother of the Church School in Fishkill, NY; St. Philip Neri School in the Bronx, NY; Adriana Hansen, Parkland, FL; Matteo Lambert, Vienna, VA; Gabriel Olay, Claire Story, Sacha Thorne (The Chapel School); and Beckett Potter, Dallas, TX.
The Silent Auction will open online June 10 and the items up for bid include: a baseball autographed by 2-time Cy Young Award winner and New York Met star pitcher Jacob deGrom; a baseball autographed by New York Mets All-Star Jeff McNeil; Jet Blue Airline Tickets; Disney World Park Hopper Tickets; Star Wars Posters signed by the cast; and Dream Day Experiences.
