Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS — The Labour and Social Affairs' bill on "Measures to strengthen workers and vulnerable social groups, social security regulations and provisions to help the unemployed" was passed by a majority in the parliament.
Article 31, for the reduction of insurance contributions, was passed only by the majority of the deputies. SYRIZA and Communist party (KKE) voted against article 31. Movement for Change, Elliniki Lysi and MeRA25 voted present.
